Self-Priming Diesel Trash Pump – Trailer Mounted Pump | SCPY
The SCPY trailer mounted pump uses a self-priming, non-clogging design with an open impeller passing solids up to 76mm (3 inches). The pump body self-primes to a suction lift of up to 7.6m without a vacuum-assist system. A rear-pull structure allows the pump body to be removed for service without disconnecting the casing or piping. The mechanical seal uses an oil-lubricated design, allowing short-term dry running without seal damage. The unit is mounted on a 2-wheel or 4-wheel trailer chassis with an optional rain cover over the engine. Flow: 80–600 m³/h | Head: 7.5–31 m | Speed: 950–1950 rpm | Solids handling: 76mm (3 inch)

Frequently Asked Questions
The SCPY pump body self-primes to a suction lift of up to 7.6m without a vacuum-assist system. An optional vacuum-assist system can extend the suction lift to 9m.
The SCPY uses a non-clogging open impeller that passes solids up to 76mm (3 inches), making it suitable for water containing debris and long fibrous materials.
The SCPY uses a rear-pull structure, allowing the pump body to be removed for inspection or repair without disconnecting the casing or connected piping. This reduces service time compared to designs requiring full pump removal.
